Personal Training Programs
Personal/Functional training is a utility of life changes and exercise commitments. A personal trainer provides an exercise prescription which is based on fitness testing, physical questionnaires and other movements/gait analysis to develop a program tailored to that individual. My job is too make sure your executing movement in a proper Range Of Motion, setting SMART realistic goals that are attainable and checking in with you for reassessment to make sure results are being attained in a safe manner. It’s supposed to be fun and that’s why it’s important to gather as much info and to build as much rapport as possible from the first session to develop a program that is tailored to you, your sport or activity in daily life. Safety in Fitness is imperative; therefore, the need for proper techniques and guidance is crucial. We strive for movement as movement creates mobility within the body and a positive well balanced medium with the mind.

Group Training Programs
Group training can be programmed in multiple ways. If you want to be a Lion, You need to train with the Lions. Group training is a great way to meet people who are like-minded and can be incorporated with Strength, Muscular-Endurance, Mobility/Stretching, Foundation/Hyper-Trophy, etc, to prevent from sabotaging your gains. It’s our job to make sure everyone recieves an amazing workout which will bring lifestyle changes and results quickly. You will begin to surround yourself with people who will uplift you and what a better place to meet people than in group training. Michael has ran multiple sport specific large groups in high end gyms both in Canada and also for a top rated gym’s in Culver City, LA. He has specialized in groups of a minimum of 5-30 people. Let’s make it fun and let’s make it happen.
TRX & RIP Training Programs
TRX Suspension is the best Tool that Randy Hetrick could have ever invented. The great thing about TRX is that your Body Positioning dictates the burn and difficulty of exercises as it’s also very functional. Michael was extremely lucky to get a lot of education with TRX back when he trained up in Canada. Nothing but results! You can set it up almost anywhere and you can target upper and lower extremities and use it for Core Conditioning, Sport Specific, and the list goes on and on. Trx-RIP-Trainer is a “love it or hate it piece of equipment”. It can be implemented for sport specific training and is variable/band so you get an amazing burn and can change resistance to target more strength fibers too. Let Michael take you into a whole new world of training with these two amazing pieces of equipment. They will change your life no matter what your training abilities are. MMA & Sport Specific Programs
MMA/Sport-Specific is my forte as every sport/activity is beautiful and can always be manipulated to make you become faster, stronger, more explosive, etc. I was very fortunate to have studied and shadowed Fighters at Institute Of Human Performance in Boca Raton,FT. Lauderdale, FL. American Top Team Fighters and other amazing Wrestlers throughout my Career. I have been able to incorporate many different techniques into Pfeifit Fitness, this includes a background in Professional Break-Dancing , training with a 2X Olympian Snowboarder and also a Red Bull BC-One B-boy who represented for Canada, etc. To be better at your Sport you need proper programming and peek-Micro Cycles of training weeks prior to your event. We can Mimic Sport Related exercises and make your activity much more rewarding while achieving results and maintaining healthy flexibility, nutrition, and lifestyle all at the same time. Online Training Programs
Online Training is one of my main specialties as I have many tools/equipment that we can use as door anchors at VIP rates. Bringing the training right to you and your home is safe and fun. Clients are blown away as I only need a small amount of space to work in. Let’s bring a functional dose of energy and exercises right into your home. I’m fully Insured and Certified to work with you and if you have kids or a spouse we can bring some exercises their way too making it fun, safe and realistic. In home training or in your backyard is realistic and a great way to attain to results.
Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascia is our connective tissue similar to tendons and ligaments. Fascia helps stabilize, attach and provides the separation of muscle.
Fascia Stretch Therapy treats all kinds of conditions where you will experience extremely gentle stretch movements. If you are in pain, or may be more vigorous if you are training for an athletic activity. In any case the session is created around your needs so specific goals are addressed while going through a questionnaire in our first session. It is pain free, you see rapid results and many clients who have used numerous form of therapies claim to have never felt as good after experiencing FST.

K-Taping Therapy
K-Taping was invented by Kenzo Kase in the 1970’s and became very popular in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games. K-Taping has a lot of reviews of this and that if it’s a placebo effect or if it really works. I was first introduced to K-Tape at a course I took at University Of British Columbia for my birthday being the exercise nerd that I am. It’s very beneficial if your suffering from a Sprain or Strain. It’s also very beneficial if your injured and you need the swelling to subdue/reduce with a Lymphatic K-Tape Technique. The colours vary for chromatic affect for sport, technique or personal preference. Some other benefits of K-tape are improved muscle function, pain reduction, supports joint function, stress reduction, etc. Tension/pull of the Tape Varies for the technique and application.
Nutritional Management
Nutritional Management is just as important as personal training and it’s part of our job to tailor to each individual with precision, as there are many different body types and goals. There are several different methods. Anywhere from Food Journal Logs to Caloric Restrictive Dieting that we can implement vs Fad-Diets, etc. Having a strong foundation of understanding what are good and bad calories, your adequate daily intake levels/norms, label reading and going to the grocery store with you, when to eat and what to eat for post/pre workouts will attain desired results and conquer those cravings that much quicker.
